Salesforce Lead (Technical Acumen & Trainable on Salesforce)

We are searching for a driven and experienced technical leader to join our growing team as a Salesforce Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your existing technical expertise while gaining proficiency in the powerful Salesforce platform.
While a deep background in Salesforce is not required, we highly value candidates with strong technical leadership experience, particularly those with a Java background. Your ability to grasp new technologies and translate business needs into technical solutions will be instrumental in our success. Responsibilities:
Provide strategic vision and leadership for all Salesforce initiatives.
Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, or business analysts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
Develop and implement a long-term Salesforce roadmap aligned with business goals, with a focus on leveraging technical expertise for platform optimization and integrations with existing Java systems.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration with Java infrastructure.
Champion the use of Salesforce best practices and governance standards, while also considering technical considerations and potential integration challenges.
Work collaboratively with our training team to rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionality, including core objects, fields, workflows, processes, and integrations (Java-specific integrations a plus).
Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities relevant to technical integrations.
Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the Salesforce platform, leveraging your technical background to build robust integrations.
Manage and track Salesforce user adoption and satisfaction.
Create and deliver training programs for Salesforce users (potential for future involvement in training new team members).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, particularly those related to technical integrations.
Report on key Salesforce metrics and KPIs, highlighting the impact on technical performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, such as a Java Lead or Architect.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for learning new technologies and a willingness to be trained on Salesforce.
