About the Role
Provide strategic vision and leadership for all Salesforce initiatives.
Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, or business analysts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders (including IT services teams) to understand their needs and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
Develop and implement a long-term Salesforce roadmap aligned with business goals, with a focus on enhancing delivery.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce applications tailored to support core business functions.
Ensure the ongoing optimization and maintenance of the Salesforce platform to maximize its value for the organization.
Define and enforce Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities.
Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the Salesforce platform.
Manage and track Salesforce user adoption and satisfaction.
Create and deliver training programs for Salesforce users.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
Report on key Salesforce metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionality, including core objects, fields, workflows, processes, and integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model best practices.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of Salesforce professionals.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards a plus.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified System Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I)
