About the Role

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

  • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams

  • Understand banking processes such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, or Lending

  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications

  • Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow diagrams

  • Participate in UAT and support testing activities

  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions

  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

  • Strong experience in Banking domain (Retail/Corporate/Payments/Lending)

  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar

  • Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA) is a plus

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus (not mandatory)
