About the Role
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
Understand banking processes such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, or Lending
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow diagrams
Participate in UAT and support testing activities
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in Banking domain (Retail/Corporate/Payments/Lending)
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA) is a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus (not mandatory)
