Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver projects as per defined scope and timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Track project progress and manage risks and issues proactively
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
Manage resource allocation and project budgets
Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
Drive continuous improvement and best practices
Client communication and stakeholder engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Project Management
Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar
Preferred Skills:
PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification is a plus
Experience in IT/Software services projects
Exposure to client-facing roles and offshore/onshore coordination
