About the Role
Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, processes, and integrations.
Work collaboratively with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented Apex code adhering to best practices.
Develop and implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Salesforce platform.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and technologies and implement them to optimize solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex Salesforce applications.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model best practices.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using tools like Heroku Connect, MuleSoft, or Apex Data Loader.
Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (e.g., Salesforce DX, Jest).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified System Administrator) a plus.
