How it’s Built 


Our journey begins on the Trip It Up Community Site, built using Salesforce Experience Cloud with Agentforce service agent. This is the central place where users can interact with the platform — explore destinations, review itineraries, hotels, flights, and engage with our AI agent for personalized travel planning.

Trip It Up engages users in a natural, conversational way. A user simply provides their desired destination, number of travel days, and personal interests — and the agent crafts a tailored itinerary instantly.

Beyond planning, Trip It Up allows users to book, update and cancel flights and hotel stays directly within the chat interface. Users receive real-time responses with flight options, prices, and stay preferences.

o      Book Hotel – A Salesforce Flow Action to book a hotel from the list of hotels available for the stay

o      Get Flights – A Salesforce Flow Action to get the list of available flights between source city and destination city on a particular date 

o      Book Flight – A Salesforce Apex Action to book the required flight using external third-party API
