  • Human-AI collaboration: It's a partnership where AI agents can reason, adapt, and perform tasks, while humans focus on higher-value creative and strategic work. 

  • Fundamental shift: This is not just about adding AI to existing systems but fundamentally transforming how work is done. 

  • Unified platform: Salesforce's approach is to unify its entire ecosystem with platforms like Agentforce 360,connecting people, data, and AI in a single, integrated environment. 


Introducing Agentforce 360

It involves

  • Renaming "Data Cloud" to "Data 360"positioning it as the “brains” of the platform. It turns scattered, unstructured data such as PDFs, tables, and images into useful context for AI agents.

  • Rebranding the core "Cloud" products

    • Sales Cloud to "Agentforce Sales“

    • Service Cloud to "Agentforce Service"


  • New "Agentforce 360" architecture positions AI agents as central to the platform, using Data 360 as the data layer to power them.

  • When a customer calls about an order or a service issue, the AI can instantly pull their data, understand their intent, and take action, whether that’s updating a record, triggering a workflow, or handing over to a human agent when needed.

  • Agentforce Voice supports multiple integrations out of the box, including Amazon Connect, Five9, NiCE, and Vonage, making it easier to embed directly into existing contact center systems.
